Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CISCO CCNA,MIKROTIK
∎ Training/Trade Course: MIKROTIK,CISCO CCNA
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cisco Switch Router, Computer skill, Microsoft Office Applications, Mikrotik
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 24x7 Infrastructure & customer monitoring & reporting
∎ Team Supervision
∎ Tier-1 & Tier-2 support for customers (ISPs)
∎ Customer solution/requirement assessment
∎ Conduct In-House Training.
∎ Skilled in Mikrotik device administration
∎ Preferred to be skilled in Cisco/Juniper equipment administration
∎ Good hands-on knowledge in eBGP/iBGP configuration, static routing, NAT/CGNAT, route selection process, VTP, STP, VLANs, End-User Bandwidth Shaping using Mikrotik etc.
∎ Good working knowledge on network topologies, equipment, protocols & services (eg. routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, DNS, Proxy, NTP)
∎ Good working knowledge and understanding of prevailing CDN services and technologies.
∎ Minimum 2 years hands-on working experience in Distributor/Retailer/Service Provider environment with first-hand troubleshooting cases.
∎ Must be good in both Bangla and English language (verbal and written)

∎ Age at least 25 years
