∎ Graduation in Business Administration/ Engineering

∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet or exceed key demand of customer, identify customer's need & demand to produce sales lead
∎ Ensure customer delivery of service order with necessary signed documentation with automated tools (EASI)
∎ Regular exercise on sales funnelling, produce weekly reports
∎ Assist in defining the strategic plan for existing business delivery as per customer demand
∎ Maintain and grow customer relationships
∎ Order management of any up-gradation, modification, modernization, add on items, IBS & Repeaters deployment for customer through automated tools (EASI)
∎ Maintain the asset register and assist in various sales reports to management
∎ Develop & maintain internal stakeholder relationships with all key functional areas that drives business results
∎ Provide end to end process related documentation and support in line with business
∎ Responsible for assuring the revenue as per sales
∎ Regular follow up with internal team to close customer key issues
∎ Knowledge on existing contract and further improvement
∎ Ensure service excellence by streamlining internal process, tools and billings are in line
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-5 years working experience in related field with Telco operator/Telco infrastructure organization
∎ Skills & Abilities required:
∎ Strong communication skill in English & Bangla both
∎ Analystical mindset
∎ Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Adequate knowledge about historical data of overall telecom industry
∎ Basic knowledge about telecom technology
∎ Ability to work under pressure and limited time line
