Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Diploma or Certified course on Supply Chain Management will get preference.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CSCA,CSCM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial/ Purchase, Export Commercial, supply chain management, Supply Chain Planning

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing of raw materials/capital machinery/parts/accessories from overseas & local suppliers.
∎ Sourcing of new suppliers & sampling, testing and approval for new product development.
∎ Based on requisition, collecting quotations (RFQ) by email, price negotiation with vendor, preparing comparison statement in SAP and taking approval from top management to issue Purchase order.
∎ Current stock position analysis of respective material plus determine time period for issuing of new order.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about LC, LCA, Advance payment & Insurance policy.
∎ Close follow up with forwarder regarding various cargoes position and take necessary steps when situation arise.
∎ Deal with C&F agent, ensure in time customs clearance and on time delivery of the imported materials thru Sea, Land & Airport.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about H.S. Code, customs tariff, Vat, Tax Etc.
∎ Check and settle C&F, freight forwarding and insurance Bill.
∎ Cross checking with factory about the quantity, quality etc. of received materials.
∎ Claim to insurance company and realization of same if receive any faulty product, damaged packing or shortage.
∎ Liaison with Govt. office as and when required.
∎ Maintain liaison with different inter department for smooth procurement process.
∎ MIS Reporting, Power point presentation etc.
∎ Any other task assigned by departmental head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electric and Electronics Industry, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry).
∎ Experience in SAP MM module will get Preference.
∎ Age: 30 to 35 years.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ High proficiency in English (Both written & spoken).
∎ Computer proficiency over MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
∎ Dynamic, self-motivated and excellent in inter personal skill.
∎ Experience of serving at similar position in manufacturing company and related field will be an additional advantage.
