Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work as per the approved tour program and make calls accordingly.
∎ Work under the guidance of the company to achieve sales targets.
∎ Collect the monthly sales target of Institutions from the Head of Sales & Marketing and make a plan for achievement.
∎ Visit Pharmaceuticals Companies, Private Hospitals, and all other Institutions.
∎ Note daily activities in the DCR purposefully and submit the same to H.O. on the following morning.
∎ Practice product detailing and develop the skills to effectively describe the product note to customers on every visit.
∎ Utilize promotional items (Pad, Literature, and Gift) at the right time to the right customer and observe pre-call & and post-call analysis.
∎ Follow up monthly value-wise target achievement to ensure the fulfillment of monthly target with positive growth.
∎ Attend training programs organized by the Sales & Marketing Department for self-development.
∎ Attend monthly sales meetings to put necessary statements for evaluation.
∎ Prepare a monthly Tour plan and submit it to the Head of Sales & Marketing.
∎ Perform any other comparable activities assigned by the Dept head or immediate supervisor.
