∎ B.SC in Civil Engineering from reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Strong Business Relationship with Clients.
∎ Respond Promptly to Customer Queries and Resolve any Issues they have.
∎ The Required Candidate Should Have Extensive Knowledge In Real Estate Industry, Pre & Post Project Management and Building Construction.
∎ Must Have Knowledge and Expertise on Modern Building Problem & Solutions.
∎ Capable to Maintain Standard Record Keeping System to ensure proper Customer Service.
∎ Ensure Quality Control & Quality Assurance of Ongoing and Finished Products.
∎ Must Have The Ability to Coordinate & Manage Multiple Projects.
∎ Ensure that Customer Information's are Maintained Accurately.
∎ Manage large amounts of Incoming Calls.
∎ Project visit as & when required.
∎ Identify and Assess Customers' Needs to Achieve Satisfaction.
∎ Build Sustainable Relationships through Interactive Communication.
∎ Handle Complaints, Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
∎ Communicate with Customers regarding their Installment & Responsible to provide Reminder.
∎ Prepare day to day report on Collection & Dues.
∎ Prepare Monthly Credit, Collection & Quarterly Sales Collection Report for Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 03 (Three) years or more working Experience in Real Estate Industry.
∎ Skilled in operating Auto CAD.
∎ Effective Time Management Skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Fairly Good in Spoken & Written in Bangla & English.
∎ Extensive Knowledge in MS Office Package.
∎ Customer friendly attitude & Well Mannered.
