Freight forwarding, Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies, Shipping
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be knowledge in freight forwarding and customs clearance.
∎ Managing the work of project logistics.
∎ Collection of NOCs for different projects Govt. organization (NBR, CCI, BRTC, etc.)
∎ Assessing and planning the most efficient freight route by SEA/AIR/LAND.
∎ Providing regular updates to clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their goods.
∎ Managing payments and handling transactions on behalf of clients, including freight charges.
∎ Obtaining competitive rates from various vendors and creating a Comparison Statement for the benefit of the company.
∎ Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping.
∎ Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers or customers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability.
