∎ Make schedule for engineers as per customers given request and follow up
∎ Keep records technical services, perform by the engineers
∎ Age 30 to 35 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Customer Care, Customer Handling, Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone.
∎ Maintain excellent communication with all customers and engineers
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Perform any other relevant job by assigned by the authority

∎ Perform the duties & responsibilities to a high professional and ethical standard
∎ Must have matured personality, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Must be sincere, honest, proactive & well mannered.
