M.Com./MBA (Finance/Banking/Accounting) from any reputed public/private university.
Partly qualified from ICMAB (Level-II passed) is mandatory.

Skills Required: Accounts and Finance,Dyeing,Garments Costing,Post Costing,Product Costing and budgeting
Additional Requirements:
- Age 28 to 35 years
The incumbent should have at least 2 years of work experience in large knit garments/textile industries in the Costing & Budgeting Section.
Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
Positive work ethics and results-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Good in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain pre-costing and post-costing database
Conduct order/style-wise post costing, variance analysis with reasons and provide recommendations for minimizing variance
Calculate the cost of materials and prepare an expense analysis report
Conduct productivity analysis
Follow up orders with the bill of materials
Maintain the cost control policy of the entity
Maintain stock valuation
Prepare order closing report
Ensure buyer-wise profitability analysis.
Prepare monthly departmental budget, maintain budget database and variance analysis
