Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Master of Commerce (MCom)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• M.Com./MBA (Finance/Banking/Accounting) from any reputed public/private university.

• Partly qualified from ICMAB (Level-II passed) is mandatory.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Age 28 to 35 years

• The incumbent should have at least 2 years of work experience in large knit garments/textile industries in the Costing & Budgeting Section.

• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

• Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.

• Positive work ethics and results-oriented for assigned responsibilities.

• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Good in MS Excel, PowerPoint.

• Maintain pre-costing and post-costing database

• Conduct order/style-wise post costing, variance analysis with reasons and provide recommendations for minimizing variance

• Calculate the cost of materials and prepare an expense analysis report

• Conduct productivity analysis

• Follow up orders with the bill of materials

• Maintain the cost control policy of the entity

• Maintain stock valuation

• Prepare order closing report

• Ensure buyer-wise profitability analysis.

• Prepare monthly departmental budget, maintain budget database and variance analysis
