• Good working knowledge in manual & software pattern making.

• Marker making on time through Garber software.

• Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making hundred percent accurate markers.

• To prepare pattern as per the requirement given by the buyer through merchandiser and ensure timely delivery of pattern & sample.

• Comments Follow for pattern Correction.

• Compare Bulk Consumption against Booking Consumption share with Related Merchandiser.

• Compare Marketing Consumption against Booking Consumption.

• Communicate with the technical department of buying house.

• Review and understand buyer`s comments on pattern & sample and do necessary correction for Bulk Fabrice Consumption.

• Working closely with merchandiser department and make sure accurate consumption for all given styles.

• Good knowledge of fabric shrinkage & Wash effect.

• Develop tactics for wastage control.

• Ensure sample & CAD section smooth operation.

• To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
