∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ❖ Lead the team of maintenance and supervision of electrical, mechanical & utility system with proper monitoring & manpower allocation
∎ ❖ Attend and solve problems in plant machines (lead refinery machine, grid casting machine, oxide mill, filling machine, pasting machine, battery assemble machinery, rectifier, HRD etc.)
∎ ❖ Ensure proper functioning of utility equipment such as generator, air compressor, CNG & LPG system, hydraulic system, DM water system, cooling tower, chiller, ATP, ETP etc.
∎ ❖ Utility data record monitoring, analysis & run the utility on optimize condition
∎ ❖ Daily energy consumption data record, analysis & make plan for energy cost reduction
∎ ❖ Daily follow-up on preventive and scheduled maintenance. Analyze work progress and production machine performance
∎ ❖ Supervising and monitoring the operation and maintenance of the Transformer, VCB, HT, LT, Electrical Control Panel, Electrical Distribution System, and BBT System
∎ ❖ Very good hand-on experience on PLC & automation (essential). Implement PLC programs to control various manufacturing processes, including machinery, equipment, and production lines
∎ ❖ Collaborate with production teams to identify opportunities for process improvement through automation and control system enhancements
∎ ❖ Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals
∎ ❖ Layout design, Installation & commissioning of new system/ machine
∎ ❖ Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for equipment repair and servicing
∎ ❖ Provide regularly skill development training to subordinates on electrical & mechanical engineering task
