∎ PVC Printing Knowledge.
∎ Decorator Knowledge.
∎ Decoration Knowledge.
∎ Event site setup knowledge.
∎ Logistic support knowledge.
∎ Venue, Hotel & Resort Booking Knowledge.
∎ Printing Knowledge.
∎ Event BP & MC support.
∎ Web development vendor sourcing.
∎ Dancer sourcing.
∎ Sound system.
∎ Lighting System.
∎ Musician sourcing.
∎ Gift items sourcing.
∎ Pop up sourcing.
∎ Canopy & Trist set up sourcing.
∎ Transport support.
∎ Food support (Snacks, Beverage, soft drink, Catering).
∎ Negotiate prices & terms with suppliers/ vendors.
∎ Carry out contract/ agreement negotiation.
∎ Analyze & compare information about supplier performance and price.
∎ Contribute to team objectives such as long-term cost-saving initiatives & efficiencies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years

∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
