Air Freight, Ocean Freight
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies, Freight forwarding
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ocean Freight:
∎ Day-to-day correspondence/communication of customer service as well as documentation related matters of Ocean Freight
∎ Communicate with local shipper/Buying Agent/ Shipping lines as well as overseas agents over phone/ email
∎ Make booking and secure space as per requirements, update all PO data into system / DSR updating
∎ Rate collection from various shipping line & update to overseas agents
∎ Air Freight:
∎ Receive booking from buying offices & shippers , approval/ space booking different airlines
∎ Send pre-alert & update DSP, Prepare DSR and send to overseas agent & local buying office
∎ Prepare HAWB, Manifest, Debit Credit Notes, POUCH
∎ Data entry regarding HAWB, MAWB & maintain register regarding stock, MAWB
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ At least 3 years of experience with fair understanding of both Air & Ocean freight Customer Service as well as Documentation
∎ Excellent Oral & Written communication skill in English
∎ Good leadership quality
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Sound working experience of ERP Solution (Freight Forwarding) software
Salary: Negotiable
