Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Certification in Counselling, Career Guidance, or Student Advisory (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Training in Sales & Marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or Lead Management

  • Professional development in Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, or Customer Service Excellence

  • Familiarity with Education Consultancy Practices or Admissions Processing will be an added advantage

  • Experience using CRM software, ERP, or other student management systems

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide counselling to prospective students regarding available courses, study pathways, and program benefits.

  • Guide students and guardians with accurate and updated information to support informed admission decisions.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and enrollment targets as set by the Admissions & Counselling Department Head.

  • Follow up with potential leads regularly to ensure timely conversions and maintain a steady enrollment flow.

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all inquiries, admissions, and conversions in the designated system.

  • Support marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional initiatives to increase student enrollment.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with students and guardians to ensure long-term engagement.

  • Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout the entire admission and counselling process.

  • Prepare and share daily/weekly sales and admission reports with the Line Manager for performance tracking.
