Educational Requirements:
∎ BBS / MBS (Major in Accounting).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all accounts related books and documents (Cash book, Ledger, Cheque register, Stock register, Salary register, fixed assets register, Advance register, Bank Reconciliation, procurement register etc.). Check and monitor financial activities, transactions and expenditures.
∎ Check and verify all kinds of bill, voucher for ensuring the accurate accounting transaction.
∎ Monitoring, Controlling & auditing all kinds of bill, voucher
∎ Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Follow & update a system of controls, procedures and forms for fixed assets register.
∎ Prepare the financial statement with consideration IAS, BAS & IFRS
∎ Any other related jobs as may be required by the Department.
∎ Prepare company's financial statement, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
∎ Process invoices of vendors
∎ Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
∎ Participate in financial audits
∎ Assist in budgeting of Project Expenses and correlate the actual expense with the budget
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Civil Engineering, Construction Company related experience will be considered.
∎ Must be skilled in the use of computer including MS Office, E-mail and Accounting Software.
∎ Computer Literacy is a must especially in MS Excel.
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
