Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. In Architecture / Interior Design

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Team work with Consultants and in-house Architects, Civil Engineers & maintain the co-ordination between Architectural and Engineering team or any other works assigned by the management.
∎ Prepare Architectural Design, Plan, Detail Working Drawing, 3D Visualization, Site Monitoring and Supervision of different types of Architectural Projects.
∎ Develop ideas keeping in mind client's needs, building's usage and environmental impact.
∎ Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design & perform any other tasks, periodic supervision etc.
∎ Compile project specifications, keep within budgets and timelines.
∎ Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Construction / Consultancy / Interior Firm related experience will be considered.
∎ Must be skilled in the use of AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop / Coral Draw, MS Office, 3D Max / Sketch Up.

Salary: Negotiable
