Job Responsibilities:
∎ Timely Bank reconciliation statements of all banks of the company.
∎ Ensuring timely Supplier local & foreign payment- mainly Driven by LC, TT
∎ Handling company & personal Tax & VAT filing
∎ Issue & provide VDS certificate against deduction from suppliers and ensuring Issuance of Tax Invoice at every sales point.
∎ Deduct and Deposit VDS & TDS or any other Govt. Taxes to Govt. Treasury and handle VAT Audit conducted by NBR and other Govt. Agencies and customs VAT audit, Hearing, Post Clearance Audit.
∎ Yearly VAT & Tax Planning
∎ Controlling master LC/Sales contact, Back to Back LC
∎ To ensure rightly booking of bank charges ( beneficiary & Applicant)
∎ Monthly GRNI Reconciliation
Additional Requirements:
∎ SAP experience will get preference
∎ Ability to work within a highly matrix organization with a multicultural environment & diversified workplace
∎ Independent worker who must be able to self-manage to a large part while planning and reporting task progress to
