Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales targets
∎ Estimation of Pre-fabricated building, preparation of offer and formation of contract.
∎ Maintain full customer information of opportunities, tasks and visits.
∎ Raise invoice & collect payment
∎ Proactively develop and maintain customer relationships.
∎ Creates and communicate leads and sales opportunities.
∎ Ensures customer satisfaction and solve complaints.
∎ Report preparation for Management's understanding.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Target oriented and Self Driven sales professional
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in Pre-fabricated steel building product.
∎ Strong client base of group of company, Architects & Engineers.
∎ Strong communication and Presentation Skills
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office
∎ Willing to travel extensively within the country
Salary: Negotiable
