∎ Diploma in Automobile Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and monitor whole service operations of the division.
∎ Coordinate with management team to roll out functional & strategic initiatives.
∎ Coordinate with team members to maximize customer satisfaction, streamline procedures and improve bottom-line profitability.
∎ Build and maintain relationship with customers to understand their needs and resolve diverse issues.
∎ Forecast spare parts' market requirements and prepare import plan with budget.
∎ Maintain optimal supply level of spare parts to meet expected demands without overreaching budget targets.
∎ Train & develop Service Team on a regular basis.
∎ Arrange periodic training sessions for local mechanics, drivers and associated interested groups in consultation with Sales & Marketing Team.
∎ Develop & deploy quality training materials/presentations for all sales & marketing people.
∎ Collaborate with Marketing Team to ensure effective roll out of different campaigns (Road Show, Local Fair etc.)
∎ Communicate with principals regarding technical issues of products.
