∎ We are seeking a dynamic engineer, with prior experience in Field Operations and Maintenance activities in the Telecommunications sector for the following position(s) in the Operations Division of EDOTCO Bangladesh Co Ltd.
∎ Regularly perform regional operations activities in the Khagrachhari (Chittagong North) and Kachpur (Dhaka Metro) location that involve round-the-clock monitoring, issue escalation, preventive maintenance, fault resolution, and troubleshooting to enhance network reliability and quality. These tasks aim to collaborate with various stakeholders, including both anchor and non-anchor customers, to achieve business objectives.
