Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering/Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Telecommunication Engineering from reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fulfil zonal KPI (Availability, SLA, others) through effective team management
∎ Make plan of Cyclic PM and executive with right quality to meet SQI KPI
∎ Manage & collaborate with different operational partners to achieve cost efficient power support at different sites
∎ Ensure power disaster management of the zone in efficient way
∎ Perform acceptance testing for new site introductions (PAT/FAT/Re-PAT)
∎ Manage passive system of the zone to ensure right battery & other back-up at the sites
∎ Support other teams within the organization e.g. EM, Implementation and SCM
∎ Produce reports in terms outage, Vendor SLA, Fuel etc.
∎ Manage relationship with different external stakeholders - Customers, partners, house owners & power authorities
∎ Follow up on faults till resolution with assigned team, customers' back-office, support partners etc.
∎ Handle/execute change of request/work order
∎ Produce relevant report for network incidences/outages
∎ Be responsible for site access control (Manage site access permission List/site key distribution, Enforce site security instructions)
∎ Ensure resource productivity by delegating activity
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 years' experience in the relevant field with GSM systems knowledge
∎ MUST have experience in leading a team
∎ In-depth knowledge of Telecom/Wireless technology
∎ In-depth knowledge of BTS/Node B/Microwave transmission links maintenance and troubleshooting
∎ In depth knowledge of all passive equipment's (DG/PG/Solar/IVS/AC/AVR/UPS/Rectifier/Battery) HW/SW and their characteristics and recommended settings for the applicable work areas in core, radio and transmission networks
∎ Good knowledge on the network topology for the applicable work areas
∎ Excellent understanding of installation best practices
∎ Good knowledge of network implementation/ integration processes
∎ Good knowledge of network operations and maintenance routine activities
