∎ Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Civil, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Experience in ETP Construction
Job Context:
∎ Experience in ETP Construction will be an advantage and should be capable to thoroughly read and understand all Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical Drawings and should be capable to prepare all Bill of quantities (BOQ) and Specifications reading from all the drawings.
∎ Should be agreeable to work full-time on construction site.
∎ Assisting in work planning for self-perform and work activities, oversight and mentoring of engineering staff.
∎ Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the project schedule and costing system.
∎ Monitoring and tracking of equipment and resources of ETP project.
∎ Responsible for Coordinating and reviewing drawing of ETP project.
∎ Assisting in defining scope of work, writing subcontracts, answering inquiries, monitoring progress, tracking and processing back charges.
∎ Preparing and tracking progress claims and estimates.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and forecasting of ETP project.
∎ Mast have expertise on Risk management
∎ Capable to Budgeting liable on project costing system.
∎ Dedicated on Tracking and monitoring the construction honestly.
∎ Subject matter expertise on different aria of construction.
∎ Leadership skills
∎ Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
∎ Time management
