∎ Job purpose: Be responsible for planning and developing new energy product/solution for sustainable & optimized TCO. Be accountable for coordinating with SCM team to ensure that product is ordered and aligned with the implementation plan of new POC. Also, be responsible for performance monitoring, evaluation & business case justification for massive deployment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead innovation in all energy design & coordinate to ensure whole process completion with-in targeted timeline
∎ Design & deploy renewable energy solution as part of company green target & ensure sup-port for all CSR initiatives related to green
∎ Develop detail project plan, charters and milestones. Monitor the progress of the implemen-tation and escalate to management if any intervention is needed
∎ Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle and report the progress to all stakeholders
∎ Coordinate to ensure central supports are facilitated to all projects which will be imple-mented for the improvement of various KPI parameters
∎ Make sure all activities as per the plan and ensure effective vendor performance by enforc-ing KPIs and SLA for measuring supplier performance and deliverables
∎ Plan for the cost (in terms of power system) reduction and make proposal (CAPEX or OPEX reduction project) to the top management
∎ Organize training and induction session to develop deep understanding of the various com-ponents of power and cooling system within the team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 6-7 years' experience on power system in telecom platform
∎ Experience in leading a team is MUST
