Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics from a reputed national/foreign university with good academic background
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, manage and control power solution implementation at new roll out sites through managing rollout project effectively
∎ Responsible for deployment of resources (Processing for installation of power equipment such as battery, rectifier and DG) to meet rollout SLA
∎ Develop detail project plan, charters and milestones. Monitor the progress of the implementation and escalate to management if any intervention is needed.
∎ Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle and report the progress to all stakeholders
∎ Coordinate to ensure central supports are facilitated to all projects which will be implemented for the improvement of various KPI parameters
∎ Make sure all activities as per the plan and ensure effective vendor performance by enforcing KPIs and SLA for measuring supplier performance and deliverables
∎ Plan for the cost (in terms of power system) reduction and make proposal (CAPEX or OPEX reduction project) to the top management
∎ Organize training and induction session to develop deep understanding of the various components of power and cooling system within the team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 6 years' experience on power system rollout in telecom platform
∎ Fundamental knowledge on GSM system
∎ Expertise in telecom power system deployment
∎ Depth knowledge in all type power equipment technical specification
∎ Strong people & time management skill
∎ Drive for results
∎ Customer oriented approach
∎ Ownership & Dedication to work
