∎ B. Sc. in Electrical & Electronics/ Computer Science/ Electronic and Communication Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate the performance of power elements by analyzing fault trends and proposing solutions.
∎ Develop crisis and disaster management plans for various scenarios such as summer, monsoon, and strikes.
∎ Conduct a comprehensive analysis of site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and present detailed results.
∎ Study, analyze, and benchmark operational projects, conducting cost-benefit analyses.
∎ Investigate new and alternative power and cooling resources to reduce Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), Operational Expenditure (OPEX), and carbon emissions, including exploring renewable energy options like solar, wind, and fuel cells.
∎ Oversee both functional and cross-functional activities related to Energy Management.
∎ Communicate with customers to resolve disputes, settle billing items, and address operational issues.
∎ Maintain and coordinate the operational master database with relevant units.
∎ Manage the annual technology budget.
∎ Provide customer invoice support in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
∎ Contribute to achieving the company's financial targets through Continuous Improvement Programs (CEP).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in telecom power system operations and customer management.
∎ Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the telecom industry or Tower Co.
∎ Desirable proficiency in understanding detailed technical specifications of power systems and their impact on telecommunication equipment and the environment.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Power BI.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and analytical abilities.
∎ Ability to establish robust relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the business and externally.
