Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working with consultants to establish optimized structure designs
∎ Working on site layouts to obtain optimized engineering services
∎ Ensuring the implementation of optimized layout designs and optimized structure designs across all NTC
∎ Tracking savings achieved via implementation of optimized structure designs and layout designs
∎ Working Relationship:
∎ Internal
∎ Country's Engineering and Operations on all functions related to project planning and technical supports
∎ Group's departmental personnel over engineering related matters
∎ External
∎ Consultants and vendors for proposed solutions for effective project development
Additional Requirements:
∎ 6-8 years' experience in related industry
∎ Hands on experience with quality parameters of civil, structural, and electrical infrastructure
∎ Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities in a real-time environment
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills, in English
∎ Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
