∎ Age 27 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preventive maintenance of machineries and the safety precautions as well.
∎ To carry out routine schedule maintenance, repairs, replacements of Factory machineries.
∎ To lead by example by being as an active leader of the team.
∎ To communicate with technical service department of Akij Group and machine vendors.
∎ Always to look after keeping the machineries neat and clean & at running conditions.
∎ To ensure continuous improvement of performance & efficiency (Performance management) of your subordinates through proper motivation, supervision, controlling & training.
∎ To coordinate with production, store and quality assurance departments.
∎ New machine erection/installation.
∎ To prepare the estimations for maintenance work such as purchase of new spare parts and maintain proper spare parts inventory.
∎ To be update and upgraded with the latest developments in the field and upgrading machinery.
∎ Responsible for keeping the records of all maintenance, repair works and machine catalogs.
∎ To provide the training to the entry level maintenance engineers and assist them when needed.
∎ Your duties and responsibilities will be supervised by head of Factory.
∎ Any additional responsibilities approved or asked by management.
