Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist EDOTCO Bangladesh in implementing Digitalization initiatives, by providing backing for the strategic plans, policies, procedures, tools, programs, and projects.
∎ Aid in the creation of tactical strategies to enhance service quality, facilitate the transition to digitalized work methods, and constantly seek opportunities for improvement and skill development through the utilization of robust data analytics.
