Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Construction Building, Interior decorator
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare / Check construction building's Electric design and provide detail instruction to field forces.
∎ Match the Electric Design with the project lay out plan; Floor lay out plan, Structural design.
∎ Liaising with project and construction engineer about the feasibility of the electric work.
∎ Regularly visit the construction projects to ensure the actual Electric Work is completing as per Drawing.
∎ Able to create / check existing design and change time to time based on circumstances and instruct the field engineer as per design.
∎ Working closely with team who are professional in the field regarding the project issue.
∎ Analyzing architectural plans and drawings, highlighting any possible risks or problems and making amendments using Computer Aided Design application (CAD).
∎ Specifying the appropriate technology and tools to be used in the project.
∎ Preparing documents to help with getting planning permission and similar approvals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Expert in Auto-CAD .
∎ Expertise in soft drawing and coordination drawing is preferred.
∎ Must be expert on MS Office and Excel.
∎ Good knowledge about Computer operating and Specially MS Excel.
∎ Strong analytical and technical trouble shooting skills, decision-making capabilities with leadership quality and project management skills.
Salary: Negotiable
