Job Context:
∎ STUDYNET is a leading Education & Migration Consulting Company headquartered in Sydney and has city offices in Melbourne and Brisbane in Australia and in 7 countries globally. STUDYNET is looking for Senior Education Consultants for an immediate appointment for its Dhaka and Chottagram branches. Candidates meeting the following criteria are requested to send their applications with CV:
∎ Experience is mandatory as an Australian Education counsellor. (counselling students for studying abroad, AUSTRALIA, UK, CANADA, USA)
∎ Must be passionate about sales and Committed to meeting the sales target (KPI)
∎ Excellence in solving problems, great customer experience, and love for helping customers.
∎ Ability to get the job done from individual and team (take ownership of the position)
∎ Must have knowledge of Australian Education Institutions Entry Requirements (English, Academic, courses & providers as well as latest regulations)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Counselling clients proactively for their foreign education and migration processing, so that they can make an informed decision.
∎ The counsellor must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Services, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
∎ -Confirming that all the information provided to the client is accurate and up to date.
∎ Preparing and checking all legal and non-legal documents.
∎ Guiding the students regarding their career decisions and helping them understand their potential and providing help to pursue their goals.
∎ Helping the students understand their skill sets and providing them with ways to utilize them.
∎ Providing information about the various colleges and universities and advising them about various requirements.
∎ Advises the students on their problems and helps them to resolve them.
∎ Assisting the back-end to complete all relevant visa and immigration-related documents and ensuring that they are received within the time limit set by the respective government authority or agency
∎ To create and maintain an excellent personal relationship with clients and colleagues within the organization
∎ To cope with the day-to-day and long-term business goals of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A minimum of 2 years in a reputable education agency or in the same industry.
∎ Excellent Command of spoken and written English
∎ Good communicator, strong sales skills with a proven track record.
∎ Experience is mandatory as an Australian Education counsellor. (counselling students for studying abroad, AUSTRALIA, UK,CANADA, USA)
∎ Good skills in MS Word, MS Excel, Emailing, CRM
