Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare cost analysis.
∎ Liaison with other procurement agencies.
∎ Prepare the technical and financial of the tender work.
∎ Communicate with the manufacturers to prepare technical and financial part
∎ Preparing & submitting the tender documents as per tender requirements.
∎ Prepare program as per tender requirement in MS program software.
∎ Prepare agreed rate when necessary & submit bill accordingly.
∎ Prepare variation quantity when necessary and submit bill accordingly.
∎ Prepare and check bill and quantities of every items of work according to actual.
∎ Prepare the documents for Biomedical & construction projects.
∎ Preparation of National & International contract.
∎ Submit E-GP tender through e-GP portal
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Quantitative analytical ability.
∎ Proficient in MS office, MS program & Photoshop.
∎ Will have to face challenging & aggressive attitude.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal & negotiation skill.
∎ Adaptable and able to work in under pressure.
∎ Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.
∎ Knowledgeable about Non- Responsive Evaluation Criteria of a Tender.
∎ In-depth knowledge of BG/ PG, VAT & amp; Tax, PO.
∎ Experience in e-GP Mandatory Qualification Criteria.
∎ Active participation in Govt. Tenders with remarkable track records.
