Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc in Civil Engineering background from any public or private university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all assigned duties of Bridges and Structural works undertaken, within the project site.
∎ Responsible for all assigned duties of Bridge and Road works undertaken such as Piers, cofferdam and embankment construction, retaining wall construction, road approaches work at different project stages, within the project site.
∎ Responsible for all assigned duties of precast yard making such as rebar fabrications, fixing of formwork, casting of concrete, etc.
∎ Estimating material costs to build a bridge, including materials such as concrete, steel/ timber, Plants and equipment's.
∎ Ensures quality and technical work execution within project Quality Assurance and Control regulations at site.
∎ Ensure that Civil / Structural tests and inspections are performed and documented in accordance with Quality System. If necessary, making videos to keep records.
∎ Monitoring construction progress and furnishing progress reports accurately and timely w.r.to project schedule.
∎ Attending meetings coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders (internal and external).
∎ Be responsible for Health & Safety, Environmental (HSE) management at the site.
∎ Coordinate the identification of risks, preventive measures, or corrective actions, as much as required to improve the project status, and mitigate the risks.
∎ Strong communication skills including presentations and reporting.
∎ To keep record of change/modification and maintain documentation.
∎ To take measurement of completed works and keep record in the Measurement Book.
∎ To check material consumption and control wastage.
∎ To check and certify contractors' bills.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in bridge EPC project.
∎ Proven track record of experience as a senior engineer or manager on large scale projects with solid expertise mainly in Bridge Engineering.
∎ Experience in Balance Cantilever Bridge will be preferred
∎ Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills to monitor and handle multiple work sites at the same time, balance key priorities and meet challenging and changing deadlines.
∎ Knowledge of relevant codes and standards mainly in AASHTO and RHD (2016)
∎ High resilience, proactive problem-solving skills, and negotiation skills.
∎ Shall be able to work under pressure to meet up the project deadlines.
