Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.SC in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Technology background from any reputed University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of overall construction work.
∎ Prepare the cost estimate regarding various civil works.
∎ Prepare the monthly materials requirement status & co-ordination with the purchase department to ensure the quality of the construction materials.
∎ Prepare sub-contractors bill as physical work quantity.
∎ Ensure the quality and quantity for all types of structural and finishing materials.
∎ Prepare progress report and work program of the project.
∎ Estimations, Prepare BOQ, Analysis of rate & Quantities.
∎ Verifies engineering applications by conducting tests and inspections, building and analyzing models.
∎ Preparing construction estimates and determining cost breakdowns to ensure projects are completed within budget.
∎ Prepare time schedule for all types of work.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must have experience in building and road construction related tasks.
∎ Minimum 02year(s) working experience for B. SC in Civil Engineering background. or
∎ Minimum 04 year(s) working experience for Diploma in Civil Technology background.

Salary: Negotiable
