Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.SC in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Technology background from any reputed University.
∎ 04year(s) working experience for B. SC in Civil Engineering background. or
∎ 08 year(s) working experience for Diploma in Civil Technology background.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of overall construction work.
∎ Supervision and checking all types of re-bar work and concreting work.
∎ Overall control of the contractors for better quality and workmanship of all works i.e Civil, Electrical, Sanitary Tiles & Mosaic, Grill, Aluminum, Wood, paint etc.
∎ Prepare bar bending schedule, fabrication and fixing.
∎ Prepare the cost estimate regarding various civil works.
∎ Prepare the monthly materials requirement status & co-ordination with the purchase department to ensure the quality of the construction materials.
∎ Prepare sub-contractors bill as physical work quantity.
∎ Ensure the quality and quantity for all types of structural and finishing materials.
∎ Prepare progress report and work program of the project.
∎ Estimations, Prepare BOQ, Analysis of rate & Quantities.
∎ Prepare time schedule for all types of work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Special Requirements: Prepare MES (Military Engineer Services) related all works i.e. Estimate, Bill, Variation, Amendment, Agreed rate, Rate analysis etc.
