Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the design process for architectural projects, from concept development to construction documentation and implementation.
∎ Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
∎ Provide expertise and guidance in architectural design, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
∎ Prepare and present architectural proposals, including 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and models.
∎ Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
∎ Mentor and guide junior architects and provide constructive feedback on their work.
∎ Stay updated with emerging architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience as a Senior Architect in the construction industry, preferably with large-scale projects.
∎ Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations in Romania.
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
∎ Strong ability to create and present detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and models.
∎ Familiarity with sustainable design practices and energy-efficient building techniques.
∎ Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
∎ Fluency in English
∎ Willingness to relocate to Romania.
