Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check all accounting documents and post the day-to-day transaction in Tally Prime Software in time.
∎ Should be able to perform basic to complex financial duties such as general ledger, income statement, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, accounts receivable statement, accounts payable statement, bank reconciliation, inventory account management, audit, etc.
∎ To prepare management report, analyze accounting records, financial statements on monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly and as when necessary and submit the reports to the Management in time.
∎ Dealing with Bank & FI's and perform withdrawal and deposition.
∎ To ensure the control of Fixed Assets with maintaining of Fixed Asset Register.
∎ Communication (over phone and written) with Various Parties for recovery of receivable.
∎ Work in a team environment and collaboration with various departments.
∎ Reports financial status by developing forecasts; budget, reporting results; analyzing variances; developing improvements.
∎ All other duties as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Progressive experience in Accounts department preferably in a group of companies.
∎ Good knowledge on Tally Prime software is must
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
