∎ Specialized Certificate or Graduate in the relevant field, BFA graduates and students from well-reputed public/private (Foreign/ Local) universities are encouraged to apply.
∎ People with exceptional skills are exempted from that requirement.

Job Context:
∎ At Insidemaps (www.insidemaps.com), we build fully semantic 3D models of homes from photos, for customers in the Real Estate industry and beyond.
∎ Insidemaps lets smartphone users easily create a 3D tour, 3D model and floor plan of their home. InsideMaps disrupts all other available solutions through a simple, inexpensive APP designed for anyone to use. The 3D model that is created is an immersive, fast, web-based 3D environment with innovative tools to help potential home buyers visualize the interior of a home and for homeowners to try furniture and make home improvements in their virtual home.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Being tech savvy - We are developing new ways to create 3D models using he newest technology available and creating our own. Being interested in newest tech solutions and implementing them in your every day work is a must.
∎ Maya Proficiency - our primary operating software is Maya and work experience in Maya is a must.
∎ Vray and Blender - experience working in these programs is a plus.
∎ MEL script
∎ Error check, re-model and re-populate 3d environments that come out of our image-based modeling pipeline.
∎ Create lod models of furnitures (level of detail models).
Additional Requirements:
∎ *** Our primary 3d software is maya, so maya proficiency and work experience is a must. ***
∎ * experience with mel script, python, web gl, unreal engine 4, z-brush, and pbr shaders is a plus. *
∎ Excellent technical and 3d modeling skills, including the effective use of color and light in a composition.
∎ Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and punctuality.
∎ Must be capable of communicating visually using creative sketching and story boarding.
∎ Be communicative and have good written and spoken English knowledge.
∎ Must be able to work in a demanding and fast paced environment.
∎ You might be asked to do a pre/post-interview art test.
∎ We expect you to be a tech savvy person.
Salary: Tk. 70000 - 100000 (Monthly)
