Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC/ Graduate or retired Army person.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring the security of the Office and Office property.
∎ Patrolling and rostering duties of the security personnel as per requirements.
∎ Providing firefighting and other relevant training to the security personnel and related Executives and Staffs'
∎ Maintaining the incoming and out-going register of Executives, Staff, parcels, products, and related materials.
∎ Monitoring security guard and liaising with the building's security service providers'.
∎ Conducting meetings with security service providers and owners associations of the buildings in various spaces/locations of the Company.
∎ Monitoring and ensuring maintenance of the CC camera.
∎ Developing the security system of the internal office and infrastructure of the Company.
∎ Monitor the security of the Diagnostic.
∎ Motivate security personnel & guide them.
∎ Ensure the rostered duty of security personnel as per requirements.
∎ Conduct random visits at every location and observe various disputes, better service, dress up, etc.
∎ Others as per assigned by management.
