Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC, HSC or Graduate from any reputed Govt. Approved National, Public or Private University.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Young, Enthusiastic, Target Oriented, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person for the post of Security In-charge. Preference will be given to retired Sergeants and Orient Officers from the BDR or Army of Bangladesh.
∎ Job Location: Banasree, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the overall security of all company's properties, assets and staff.
∎ To train the new Security Guards and develop the security awareness among all Security Personnel of the company.
∎ To supervise preparing duty rosters of the Security Guard and Security In charge at different projects and offices.
∎ To ensure the Security Personnel are performing duties sincerely.
∎ Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
∎ Responding to emergency situations as they arise.
∎ Accurately reporting all incidents to the Management.
∎ Maintain and keep updating different types of registers (Guard's Duty Roster, Vehicle, Officer's In/Out, Visitor, Key register, etc.).
∎ Maintain & Repair Vehicles and keep updating different types of Vehicle License, Tax Token, Car Fitness Etc .
∎ Maintain and keep updating different types of Vehicle registers.
∎ Prepare different types of Vehicles Bill & Monthly report.
∎ Recording daily observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities.
∎ To produce necessary reports, records, and documents to the management from time to time.
∎ Should have ability to carry out all types of related tasks assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have 5 year(s) practical experience in Vehicle Sector's.
∎ Proficiency in Computer MS Word, MS Excel & Bengali Typing.
∎ Excellent communication & negotiation skill on Bengali and English language.
∎ Motor Bike riding and driving license will get priority.

Salary: Negotiable
