Job Context:
∎ Classes: 9-12 (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics)
∎ Job Location: Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange the laboratory equipment for the particular experiment.
∎ Preparing chemicals before the experiment.
∎ Managing laboratories and ensuring that the right equipment, tools, chemicals, and other materials.
∎ Providing support to teaching faculties and students on how to use laboratory facilities in an appropriate and safe manner.
∎ Setting up experiments and practical demonstrations which will enhance people's theoretical learning.
∎ Arranging resources for lessons in science, technology (and other areas as required) in response to teachers' requests.
∎ Maintaining inventory of chemicals and supplies in the lab and ordering new supplies when needed in collaboration with Teachers and Purchasing.
∎ Constructing and repairing apparatus in readiness for use in the Science and Technology area.
∎ Meeting with the teachers as required to plan and prepare support for the activities.
∎ Supporting the teachers and students in the laboratory to assist in running the practical classes smoothly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ More than 1 year of experience in a reputed English Medium School as a Science Lab Assistant.
∎ Good command in English (speaking and writing).
