Professional appearance, confident public presence, and strong negotiation/communication skills



Responsibilities & Context:

A) English Version — Build & Launch (High Priority)

  • Design academic structure, class routines, assessment system, and academic calendar for English Version.

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage English Version teachers and coordinators.

  • Establish teaching standards, lesson planning, teacher training, classroom observation, and performance KPIs.

  • Lead admissions growth through strategic outreach, open houses, and guardian engagement.

  • Build the English Version brand positioning and parent trust.

B) Bangla Medium — Manage & Improve

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations: attendance, discipline, timetables, exams, parent communication.

  • Improve academic delivery through training, monitoring, and teacher evaluation.

  • Strengthen school culture: discipline, student conduct, safeguarding, and campus standards.

  • Implement SOPs and reporting systems to reduce operational gaps and ensure accountability.

C) Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and motivate teachers and staff with measurable targets and regular reviews.

  • Maintain transparent communication with guardians and handle escalations professionally.

  • Work closely with the Chairman/Board on strategy, hiring, and performance goals.
