Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ At least 2 (Two) years Practical working experience as a Sample Collector/Phlebotomist.
∎ HSC/Diploma/Certificate/Trade Course passed.
∎ Academic Qualifications may relax for experienced candidate.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Leading Diagnostic Centre, Healthcare Institution, Hospital, Clinic and Medical College Etc.
∎ At least 2 (Two) years Practical working experience as a Sample Collector/Phlebotomist.
∎ HSC/Diploma/Certificate/Trade Course passed.
∎ Academic Qualifications may relax for experienced candidate.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Leading Diagnostic Centre, Healthcare Institution, Hospital, Clinic and Medical College Etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Patient preparation with a smiling face.
∎ Patient Counseling before collecting Specimen.
∎ Sample collection from the patients.
∎ Labeling of specimen.
∎ Specimen storage & transportation.
∎ Specimen testing as per SOP.
∎ Maintaining equipment and reagents.
∎ Reporting routine and urgent tests and delivery of reports.
∎ Recording and storing of laboratory data.
∎ Maintaining health and safety regulations – infection prevention and waste disposal practices.
∎ Indenting for office supplies, lab-ware and consumables.
∎ Organization of reporting and recording.
∎ Reporting and interpretation of results.
∎ Maintain proper values and guidelines of the phlebotomy/ pre-analytical procedure of the laboratory.
∎ Coordinate with laboratory each and every aspect.
∎ Should have mentality to participate in public awareness program to ensure smooth collection of specimen.
∎ Carry out other related duties as and when assigned by the supervisor.
