Responsibilities & Context:
- Handle customer orders from Facebook & Website.
- Pack online orders and ensure timely delivery preparation.
- Manage customer communication inside the shop & on social platforms.
- Maintain good behavior with customers and provide excellent service.
- Keep records of sales and assist in shop operations.
- Salesman must focus on increasing sales and providing product knowledge to customers.
