1. Lead, supervise & motivate the Home Loan Sales Team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.

2. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with leading real estate developers across Dhaka to generate quality home loan business.

3. Establish strategic partnerships and collaborate with major real estate companies to expand customer acquisition opportunities and increase loan disbursements.

4. Develop sales plans, assign individual targets, monitor team performance, and provide coaching to improve productivity.

5. Identify new business opportunities through developer networks, property projects, corporate connections, and customer referrals.

6. Monitor sales pipelines, loan applications, approvals, and disbursements to ensure consistent business growth.

7. Coordinate with Credit, Legal and Operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.

8. Ensure proper handling and understanding of property papers, legal documentation, mortgage procedures and other relevant loan documents.

9. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure effective management of customer relationships and complaints.
