Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
The Product Manager will be responsible for Home Appliance products under the HAP Operating Unit of Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor Home Appliance products, maintain the product matrix and manage stock, service and delivery across all channels.
Propose new products to management based on market demand, and forecast demand for existing models.
Track product flow and aging, and take corrective action on slow-moving products through sales initiatives, promotional activities and proper product display.
Provide monthly targets, product support and stock support to Area Managers and achieve sales and collection targets.
Work closely with the sales team to evaluate and optimize promotional materials and share product knowledge with the WSMS and Marketing teams.
Monitor critical after-sales service issues and articulate customer problems to improve customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports along with a daily stock report and analyze competitors’ offers against company policy.
Coordinate with unit heads and cross-functional teams to execute company policies, act as the reference point for product-related requests and conduct market research on distribution, sales and consumer reactions.
