Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
∎ or Diploma in RAC/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales & service team.
∎ Maintain Proper liaison with the existing maintenance projects.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by collaborating with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
∎ Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
∎ Create and implement maintenance procedures.
∎ Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years for BSc./10 years for Diploma
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 50000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
