We are currently seeking a motivated, responsible, and target-oriented to join our team as Sales & Query Management Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms (Facebook Page, Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.).

- Communicate effectively with potential customers and convert leads into confirmed sales.

- Manage and maintain customer records using basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel).

- Follow up with interested customers to ensure maximum conversion.

- Handle queries professionally and provide accurate product information.

Job Requirements:

- Proficient in using social media platforms.

- Strong communication and writing skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.

- Punctual, responsible, and sincere about work.

- Sales mindset with a positive attitude.

Salary & Benefits:

- BDT ৳8,000 to ৳10,000 (Negotiable)

- BDT 10 incentive per confirmed sale

- Lunch + Snacks facility provided

Duty Time (8 Hours): 11am to 7pm

Location: Amtola, Sheikh Saheb Bazar Road, Azimpur, Dhaka
