Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and yearly basis.

• Conduct regular market visits and outlet coverage as per route plan.

• Develop new outlets and expand market coverage.

• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.

• Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and display in the market.

• Execute all trade offers, promotional campaigns, and company activities effectively.

• Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities regularly.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Identify market problems and take necessary initiatives to solve them.

• Operate and maintain the company’s sales software / ERP / DMS system regularly and ensure accurate data entry and updates.

• Ensure proper stock management at distributor points.

• Follow company policies, rules, and operational guidelines properly.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
