Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate strategies to achieve business target
∎ Monitoring the sales team activities.
∎ Analyze the market potentiality
∎ Monitoring Regional Sales Manager's activities and make them as functional.
∎ Create, Develop and implement Strategy to develop a brand image and sales growth.
∎ Motivating & retaining the sales team of the respective nation.
∎ Ensure organizational Policy, rules & regulations are strictly followed.
∎ Keeping up to date with products, competitors and market intelligence
∎ Monitoring individual team members' performance.
∎ Co-operate with marketing strategy.
∎ Leading Sales team with dynamic, motivation, enthusiasm, and act proactively to reach company objectives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 15-20 years’ in filed experience in any reputed pharmaceutical company
