Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
∎ Lead, coach, and motivate sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
∎ Execute demand generation programs to increase prescription (Rx) numbers and market penetration.
∎ Coordinate with field forces to ensure timely and accurate collection of sales revenues.
∎ Manage promotional budgets effectively, optimizing costs while maximizing ROI.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales team performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
∎ Prepare and communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts to support planning and inventory control.
∎ Establish and nurture productive and professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL).
∎ Identify new potential customers and market opportunities, contributing to the company's growth.
∎ Collaborate with the Product Management Department to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
∎ Control attrition and cultivate a motivated and committed sales team through recognition and reward programs.
