Job Responsibilities:
∎ Renata Limited is one of the larger pharmaceutical companies in Bangladesh. We are seeking applications for the position of Sales Manager whose primary function is to lead a group of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs).
∎ Presently, Renata has four Sales Managers. We are planning to add at least two more persons to this management tier.
∎ All Sales Managers report to the Head of our Pharmaceutical Business (GM, Pharmaceutical Business).
∎ The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in field of sales. A background in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable, but not essential.

Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, out of which, at least 10 years in leadership positions
∎ Frequent travel is expected with this position
∎ High-performing Sales Managers typically possess the following qualities:
∎ Strong leadership
∎ A sound understanding of market-intelligence data and the ability to provide creative plans based on the data
∎ A "get-it-done" attitude
∎ Very hard-working
∎ The position involves deskwork and extensive field-trips in equal measure. Typically, a Sales Manager is in charge of 7-8 Regional Sales Managers.
